In order to provide a secure service to our customers, we have measures to prevent unauthorized logins and use. We also support additional measures on the customer side. The following additional security measures are available for our customers.

Two-factor Authentication

You can enable two-factor authentication through SMS, email, or authentication apps.

*We recommend using an authentication app for stronger security.

You can strengthen the security of your account by requiring a 6-digit authentication code in addition to your email address and password.

To enable two-factor authentication, log in to Bell Wood, select Settings, and then Security Settings. From there, you can enable two-factor authentication.

Confirm Your Login History

Whenever your account’s email and password are entered to log in to Bell Wood’s services, the date, time, location, and device used are all recorded on the Login History page.

To see your login history, log in to Bell Wood, select Settings, and then IP Address / Login History.

Enable Login Alerts

If you enable login alerts, you’ll receive an email every time your Bell Wood account logs in.

To enable login alerts, log in to Bell Wood, select Settings, and then Security Settings. From there, you can enable login alerts.

*If you receive an unexpected login alert or have a login you do not recognize in your login history, it could mean that your email address and password have been stolen by a third party. If you suspect that a third party has logged in to your account, please change your email address and password immediately.

Set a Complex Password

Do not set a simple password or one that uses common combinations of characters (12345678, asdf, 1980, password), your name, telephone number, or birthdate.

To make a password that is difficult to guess, ensure that is at least nine characters with a combination of capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, and symbols so that it has an appropriate length and complexity.

To change your password, log in to Bell Wood, select Settings, and then Change Password.

Unauthorized access has been happening on many services recently. To improve security, do not use the same password for other websites and services.

Keep Your OS and Apps Updated

Operating systems and apps may contain bugs or design mistakes that cause flaws in information security called vulnerabilities.

If these vulnerabilities remain, they come with the risks of unauthorized access and viruses. Even if a vulnerability is fixed, a new vulnerability could be discovered. Therefore, it is advisable to regularly check for and install updates to your OS and apps.

Install Security Software

The number of viruses and fraudulent websites that can steal information from PCs and smartphones is on the rise. We recommend installing security software on your devices to increase security.

If you enter your password incorrectly a certain number of times, your account will be frozen for a certain period of time in order to ensure your security. Please try waiting for a little while and logging in again.

If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address and press the "Request Bell Wood to change your password" button from contact page.

If the "freeze account" link was clicked from the URL at the bottom of the login confirmation email, we will need to contact you at your registered phone number for security reasons. After verifying your identity, we will unfreeze your account.

Two-factor authentication is a supplemental form of authentication used in addition to your ID and password to further strengthen your account’s security. Bell Wood supports two-factor authentication by email, SNS, or authentication app for the following actions.

After logging in, you can deactivate or modify Two-Factor Authentication on your own from the Settings menu. If you are unable to login, we will deactivate Two-Factor Authentication after confirming your identity over the phone. Please contact us from the Contact form.

Update Registered Information

Go to My info and push Bind E-mail address “change” and set new E-mail address.

Go to My info and push Bind mobile number “Unbind” and set new phone number.

Please change the information from under "Account Information" in Home menu.

Go to ID Verification in My info and upload image files If you have already submitted your proof of identity and we have completed approval, you cannot correct or resubmit your documents. Contact us by selecting "Change personal information" on the contact form. We will inform regarding the proper action to take.

If you have already submitted your proof of identity but we have not approved them yet, you can correct your images (make additional submissions). Please submit your additional documents from your computer. Log in to Bell Wood and go to "Personal Information" on the right side of the home screen to submit your documents.

Buy / Sell Or Orders

Yes, you can use Bell Wood Exchange.

Minimum size are set for each pair.

You can trade minimum number of digits displayed on Bell Wood Exchange.

Go to wallet in Bell Wood Exchange, push deposit button you want to deposit, confirm your address to deposit and send VFA to your Bell Wood Exchange.

The VFA you asked is displayed on Frozen. And It is not available to withdraw frozen VFA.

You can see it from Open Order and order history.

Deposit / Withdrawal

It is depend on Block Chain transaction speed.

If there is a defect in the remittance address, withdrawal may not be permitted. When it is crowded, delays may occur. In addition, compensation for loss of currency due to erroneous remittance is not performed at all.

Please press Withdraw of the VFA you wish to transfer from the wallet, enter the remittance information.

Although remittance is not basically performed, it may lead to serious problems such as loss of currency, so please make sure that you do not make a mistake.
